MENTAL AND PHYSICAL EXAMINATION

With the help of our mobile lab, we also assess your physical condition, ability to concentrate, and the state of your muscles on competition days.

FOOD SUPPLEMENT

We help you maintain the optimal diet for you even on the day of the race, and we support you with dietary supplements that can help you achieve peak performance.

MENTAL PREPARATION

Together with your Performance Coach, you will plan the schedule and goals of the competition day. Based on this, we'll prepare for the perfect execution with a personalized mental training.

TREATMENT OF INJURIES AND EXTREME CONDITIONS

We reduce and treat minor injuries, illnesses and pain that can be soothed on the field (massage, kinesio tape, etc.). In addition, we provide assistance in overcoming extreme competition conditions (e.g. cooling, joint protection in the cold).

SLEEP OPTIMIZATION

Based on a DNA panel, we help you consciously use and optimize your sleep,  circadian rhythm, your exhaustion due to time difference, and your daycare breaks.

DISCHARGE

After the race, we provide a run-down and massage to speed up regeneration.
