We begin to deal with the areas to be developed in order of importance in two different trainings: skill-building and functional trainings. The F4R Coach dedicated to you will help you with continuous development and injury-free training.

PERFORMANCE COACHING
A performance coach dedicated to you will not only help you with your training, but also help you develop in other areas of life (e.g. sleep hygiene, developing performance habits, diet, skill development).
SKILLS TRAINING
Following the Check-up results, there is an interactive ability training that improves brain plasticity, stress tolerance, concentration, mobility and agility, among other things.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Based on the Check-up, we provide customized functional training that develops weak or overly tight muscle groups in an efficient and safe environment.
DARK ROOM TRAINING
After developing the basic efficiencies, there is further opportunity for extra adaptation and development by incorporating darkroom exercises.

CONSULTATIONS
Your performance coach constantly consults with the team of experts performing the Check-up and, if necessary, organizes extra consultations for you.
HRV AND SLEEP ANALYSIS
We continuously measure and analyze our clients' heart rate variability (HRV) and sleep on a weekly basis, on the basis of which regeneration can be improved and the timing of peak abilities can be made more precise.
